On April 4, 2017, the Board of Directors of TELNET HOLDING approved the partnership project with the Group Altran for the transfer of its Defense / Security and Automotive in the joint venture Altran Telnet Corporation (ATC) with a view to joint development with Key accounts in these sectors.
Altran, a global leader in engineering consulting and R & D services, Turnover of 2.120 billion Euros in 2016 and now includes more than 30,000 employees in more than 20 countries.
