ISO 9001 Version 2008
TELNET has been certified ISO 9001, Version 2008, since 23 July 2009. TELNET has adopted the ISO 9001 standard for its quality management system since February 2002.
A benchmark that reinforces the skills and credibility of the TELNET Group vis-à-vis its clients and partners.
Certification in its 2008 version was renewed successively in October 2012 and December 2014.
About ISO 9001, Version 2008
The ISO 9001 standard dictates the organizational requirements for the existence of a quality management system. As a list of requirements, it serves as the basis for the organization's compliance certification.
The ISO 9001 certification, version 2008 is the fourth and latest edition of the standard published for the first time in 1987. It is the worldwide benchmark in terms of standards for quality management systems. It serves to provide assurance of the ability to meet quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
TL9000
At the end of 2015, TELNET Holding's Integration & Networks division, through its subsidiary DataBox, obtained TL9000 certification. This is the standard for measuring the quality of the telecommunications industry.
Through this certification, Telnet significantly strengthens its commitments to customer satisfaction.

TL9000 is a registered trademark of the QuEST Forum (Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications Forum).
The QuEST Forum helps its members improve the excellence and quality of telecommunications by establishing a common quality standard (TL 9000), by developing the collaborative activities of its working groups around the world, On good market practices and by providing a state-of-the-art measurement system.
The scope of certification covers virtually all of the company's operational areas, namely sales, marketing, design, development, deployment, training and technical support for hardware, software and services telecommunication.
EN9001: 2009
In April 2016, TELNET HOLDING Group obtained the EN 9100: 2009 quality management system certifications for the aeronautics, space and defense industry for its "Sales, Project Management, Design, Development, Integration, Testing and Technical Assistance in Avionics and Defense ".
This certification confirms TELNET HOLDING's ability to meet the highest requirements of the aeronautics, aerospace and defense sectors and demonstrates the Group's determination to continually improve the quality of its services in an approach of excellence.
SPICE level 3
In October 2016, the TELNET HOLDING group obtained the SPICE certification "Level 3" for the activities "Software engineering for Engine control systems" and "Displays & Instrument clusters" in the Automotive field.
This certification, awarded by VDA-QMC following an audit conducted from 10 to 14 October 2016, confirms TELNET HOLDING's ability to meet the highest demands of the automotive sector and demonstrates the Group's commitment to continually strengthen The quality of its services in an approach of excellence.
