As part of Open Innovations Forum 2019 held on 21–23 October 2019 at Skolkovo Innovation Center in Moscow, TELNET group announced the creation of its Russian subsidiary called "RUS TELNET" and the signature of a partnership agreement with Skolkovo Technopark of Moscow. Under this agreement, the Moscow science park will host the headquarters of this new subsidiary of TELNET which will be the first African and Arab technology group to open in Russia.
Mr. Mohamed FRIKHA, the Chief Executive Officer of Telnet Group, participated in Open Innovations forum and had the opportunity to meet Mr. Dmitry Medvedev, Russian Prime Minister.
