Riyadh, May 28, 2019: As part of its international development strategy, TELNET HOLDING signed with the Saudi company MEFC (Middle East Fiber Cable Manufacturing) the deed of incorporation of the joint venture "TELNET ARABIA" in Saudi Arabia.
This deed of incorporation was signed at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce by Mr. Mohamed Frikha, the Chief Executive Officer of TELNET HOLDING and Mr. Abdulaziz ALNAMLAH, Chairman of the Board of MEFC in the presence of Mr. Mustafa Ziri, the charge d'affaires of the Tunisian Embassy in Saudi Arabia.
The key activities of TELNET ARABIA will be around new technologies, terrestrial and space telecommunications networks, satellites and UAV/drones.
This activity is part of the Saudi government strategy "Vision 2030" and will be oriented towards the Saudi market and the Middle East region.
